Terms of Sales

Check-in and check-out: La Chenevière can show you to your room starting at 4 pm. Rooms must be vacated by noon on the day of your departure.

Service charges are included in all our prices. The posted prices are calculated based on 2-person room occupancy. They are subject to change without notice.

The following payment methods are accepted: cash, credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express)

All reservations must be held with a credit card number.
Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total price of your stay.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be reimbursed upon receipt of a written cancellation, at least 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.*
Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, the hotel will retain thirty percent (30%) of the total reservation cost.
Less than 48 hours before arrival, or in the event of an early departure, one hundred percent (100%) of the price of the stay will be due.
In the event of failure to arrive or cancellation without notice, La Chenevière reserves the right to bill the guest for the full price of the stay, including any pre-booked services.

We hereby inform you that, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, bookings for hotel stays are not eligible for the right of withdrawal which is usually applicable to remote sales.
