Terms of Sales

Check-in and check-out: La Chenevière can show you to your room starting at 4 pm. Rooms must be vacated by noon on the day of your departure.

Service charges are included in all our prices. The posted prices are calculated based on 2-person room occupancy. They are subject to change without notice.

The following payment methods are accepted: cash, credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express)

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total cost of your stay.

In case of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded upon receipt of written cancellation, no later than 8 days before the scheduled arrival date.*
Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, the hotel retains thirty percent (30%) of the booking amount.
Within 48 hours of arrival, or in case of early departure, one hundred percent (100%) of the stay will be due.
In case of no-show or cancellation without prior notice, La Chenevière reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay, including any pre-booked services.

We hereby inform you that, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, bookings for hotel stays are not eligible for the right of withdrawal which is usually applicable to remote sales.
