For autumnal or winter weddings, we recommend hosting your drinks reception by the warm chimney fireplaces in the hotel’s cosy drawing rooms. To celebrate your big day, the chateau is entirely privatized. Your guests can stay in one of the 29 rooms for the idyllic destination wedding. Each room has its own unique décor, AC, free Wi-Fi and offers modern comfort. The big private parking enables each guest to have their own parking space.

A bridal suite is allocated to the bride, so that she can comfortably get ready with her bridesmaids before walking down the aisle and tying the knot.

Our restaurants for a wedding reception in Normandy

Our fine-dining restaurant, Le Botaniste, is located in a beautiful reception hall and can accommodate up to 90 seated guests. Nature is celebrated in the décor: herbariums adorn the walls, floral fabrics cover the chairs and dried flowers can be spotted in vases. The dining room itself is surrounded by floor to ceiling bay windows, offering diners a majestic and breath-taking view on the illuminated park with its centennial & exotic trees. Nature also has a predominant place in the restaurant’s menu, thanks to our Head Chef, Didier Robin. He only uses local farmed produce from Normandy, making sure to choose exquisite, refined and seasonal ingredients for your wedding dinner. His concern for the environment and values for tradition mean that he only works with the region’s best farmers and favours organic, locally sourced ingredients.

Our private dining room allows us to host smaller, intimate wedding receptions, engagement, rehearsal dinners, wedding anniversaries or any family event.

The night goes on at the Zanzibar, our speakeasy bar located beneath our dining room, where the newlyweds will be able to show off their first dance and where guests can keep celebrating until the early morning with some dancing!

Our bistro restaurant Le Petit Jardin is located by our outdoor heated pool, in a stunning fairytale-like glass house, which used to be the chateau’s old conservatory. It can seat up to 45 guests for a lovely pre-wedding lunch or morning after brunch. Dishes here are all made using local, season produce thanks to the chateau’s permaculture fruits & vegetable garden. Guests will be able to soak up some sun, use the hotel’s pool and go for a relaxing swim to feel at ease and enjoy their holiday.
