Our cakes to take away

Our Pastry Chef Simon Beauruelle offers you two new cakes every month, to take away for celebrations or small pleasures at home.

The Strawberry-Mint Cheesecake, Like a Tiramisu, the Raspberry Tropézienne, the Apricot Caramélia, the Basil Strawberry, the Vanilla Dulcey Caramel, the Hazelnut-Lemon Macaron or even the Saint Honoré Apple Tatin Version, Simon's cakes are all advertised on the Botanist website.

Our cakes cost €29 (6 to 8 slices). Orders are placed at least 48 hours in advance by telephone or email and collections are made every day at the château from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., except Mondays.

Our Breakfast box

For those who love breakfast at Chenevière, you can now bring it home!

Our takeaway breakfast box for €48 includes our organic homemade infusion made of mint, rose, savory, scalded sage and nettle; a bottle of apple verbena or geranium juice from Cidricchus in Isigny-sur-Mer, a pot of honey from our hives, two pots of jam from Cake Lucky in Bayeux and two portions of the famous carrot cake. These baskets are ideal to give as a gift!

Honey from our hives

Since 2012, several hives have been installed on the Château's land, very close to the vegetable garden. Concerned about protecting the environment, we wanted to engage in an approach in favor of these pollinating insects essential to the survival of many species. Today we work with a beekeeper from the region, Simon Hauville, who takes care of maintaining our hives and harvesting their honey.

Thanks to the agricultural fields around Chenevière, we have rapeseed honey in spring and a thousand flower honey in summer.

It is primarily used for our breakfast, in our Chefs' dishes and our bartenders' cocktails.

Our homemade herbal tea

We offer a homemade organic infusion at (25 G for €15), which you can enjoy at home after a meal. This blend of mint, rose, savory, clary sage and nettle was concocted with Lola Fosse, our Normandy herbalist.
